What is This Session?

The Annette Hunter Framework Teaching Session is a structured one-to-one educational session designed to help you understand and apply The Annette Hunter Framework to your own life. During the session, you will learn about the concepts taught through The Annette Hunter Framework, including The 6 Bad Messages, Repetition Compulsion, The Toxic Loop, Nip and Flip, and The 3 Steps to Healing from a difficult childhood. This is an educational teaching session and is not therapy, counselling, psychological treatment or crisis support.

Who is This Session For?

This session is for people who want to better understand the impact of difficult childhood experiences and learn how to apply The Annette Hunter Framework in their own lives. It is suitable for those who enjoy structured learning and are willing to practise the concepts taught during the session.
